新阳煤矿高浓度胶结充填充填站设计

Design on the Highly-Concentration Cemented Filling Station in Xinyang Coal Mine

摘 要:结合新阳煤矿具体情况,对煤矿高浓度胶结充填充填站设计进行了探讨。简要介绍了煤矿高浓度胶结充填技术,讨论了煤矿充填站的系统组成、充填站建站原则和主要设计步骤。针对新阳煤矿村庄下压煤情况,结合系统设计充填能力对其充填站所用设备进行了选型,并提出充填站分别建在东风井和二号井附近两个方案。经分析认为充填站建设在东风井附近料浆输送距离较短、技术难度相对较低、经济效益更好,因此选择在东风井附近建站。

Abstract:

Abstract:It is discussed the design of the filling station with highly-concentration cemented filling method in Xinyang coal mine. After introducing the technology briefly, it is probed that the elements of a filling station, the principles and main steps of building a filling station. Based on the requirement of the filling system in Xinyang coal mine, choices of the types of the machines are made and two plans are put out which build the filling station near the east ventilating shaft or the NO.2 mine respectively. At last the east ventilating shaft was chose for the shorter transport distance, easier technology and better economic benefits.
